I finally found out he is Peter Will of Hamburg Germany. It just so happens I pitched this cartoon idea in 1994-1998 at various Televison stations. I made sure I did the poor man's copyright. A couple of months ago, by happenstance I saw the cartoon. Needless to say I was perturbed. One person at CBS liked it but her LA colleagues did not agree. I pitched it to PBS and I noticed they had the show and it looks like now ABC has it. Is there any story about this? I will certainly seek advice from an infringement lawyer/international lawyer. I have nothing to lose. Why am I emailing you? Mr. Will was interviewed and he thought of it in 2006 when the 250 Anniversary of Mozart was occurring. I thought of it 12 years earlier. Also my cartoons are better. What is particulary astounding is that I pitched adventures with Mozart and his sister Nannerl. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
